Q - Where do I mail my payment?

A - Call Steve for the mailing information at 510-525-1746

Q - When will I get back my deposit?

A - We require a $400 deposit to ensure that all our guests enjoy a clean and fully functional cabin when they arrive. If you leave the cabin clean and undamaged, we refund $300 of your deposit. We do our best to return your deposit within 14 days. We will mail a check immediately after our cleaners have cleaned the cabin and have verified that no damage has occurred.

Q - Do I need to turn on or off utilities such as water?

A - No, we only ask that you leave the thermostat setting at the lowest setting.

Q - What happens if there is a power outage?

A - There is a generator in the garage and a long extension that can be used to run whatever is essential. It won't run the whole house!

CAUTION! Be sure to leave one garage door open when running the generator! Keep children out of the garage when the generator is running!

Q - Who should I contact if there is a problem while I am renting the cabin?

A - Call Steve! 510-525-1746

Q - May I use the supplies that are present in the cabin?

A - Feel free to use spices, soaps and cleaning supplies that are out and available to you. Please leave all unused products for the next guests.
